SRINAGAR – Kashmiri opportunity pioneer Yasin Malik has on Sunday said that the court and parliament of India couldn’t modify the questioned status of ‘Indian Occupied Kashmir’. Yasin Malik dismisses the Indian Supreme Court’s (SC) controlling as it attempted to bring Kashmir under Indian constitution, reported Dunya News.
Indian SC is attempting to bring Indian Held Kashmir under Indian constitution. Be that as it may, Yasin Malik immovably dismisses the endeavor. In a public statement, Malik said that no parliament or court could modify Kashmir’s questioned status.
He said that Kashmir was a globally perceived debated issue and even India’s first Prime Minister Javaharlal Nehru likewise conceded as one. He said that Kashmir couldn’t be made a piece of India with any court decision of enactment.
